  • Primary Purpose

    Provide technical support and service for all MGC Diagnostics’ systems as well as new products and product revisions by providing on-site remedial service, preventative maintenance, product installation, product recertification and upgrades.  The FSR can assist customers and bio-medical engineers who need technical assistance.  Meets standards set by Field Service Manager for improving customer satisfaction and reducing warranty expenses and advises design engineering, as requested to produce the most serviceable and maintainable products consistent with corporate objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    - Interface with Field Service Support Team, and Field Service Manager to provide prompt, courteous and effective service support to MGC Diagnostics customer base.
    - Complete documentation of service calls and transfer reports to MGC Diagnostics Field Service Support Center.
    - Relay updates regarding customer database changes regarding equipment, location, operators or accounting information.
    - Interface with Field Service Support Team, Product Managers, Quality Assurance and Technical Support with input for new products and product revisions to ensure requirements for documentation and serviceability are met.
    - Control service inventories assigned and ensure all equipment sent to customer is returned.
    - Provide service and sales management with timely written reports on progress, recommendations and concerns.
    - Fills out and completes all assigned open cases in CRM in a timely (weekly) fashion. Finished expense reports quickly and efficiently in a timely (weekly) fashion.
    - Monitor travel expenses to maintain high efficiency and low cost to meet financial goals.
    - Continually monitors personal expenses maintaining high efficiency and low cost as daily goals.
    - Communicate effectively with service team and sales support to ensure travel schedule is effective, efficient and customers are satisfied.

    Job Requirements

    - BSEE or Bio-med degree or minimum 2-year degree in electronics or related field.
    - Minimum of 2 years field service experience servicing medical equipment.
    - Excellent communication skills.
    - Ability to interact positively under all situations. 
    - Trouble shooting and problem solving abilities. 
    - High computer efficiency. 

    Working Conditions or Physical Requirements

    - Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and maneuver MGC Diagnostics Equipment.
    - Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, be on the floor, or other position as needed while performing service on equipment.
    - Must be attentive and focused.
    - Must be able to travel both in and out of state for service requests via vehicle or airlines from major airport. Travel could be overnight or several hours away from starting location.

  • Primary Purpose

    This position supports total quality manufacturing concepts through responsibilities which include maintenance of the warehouse; maintaining cycle count programs; monitoring and ensuring data accuracy; and delivery of product to end user. Provides back-up for Shipping department.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    - Organize the warehouse and enforce procedures, inventory documents, and inventory control training material.
    - Pull inventory to fill customer sales orders, work orders and I.T’s.
    - Ensure timely delivery of system parts to internal customers.
    - Coordinate the receipt and storage of product as it is moved through inventory.
    - Perform cycle count and maintain inventory accuracy.
    - Ensure accurate transaction recording for all inventory movement.
    - Work with the planner on stock level of parts to assure production schedules are supported by the materials department.
    - Aid other material functions as requested. Serves as back-up for shipping department.
    - Accept other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Primary Purpose

    To sell MGC Diagnostics product line to new and existing customers in designated territory, reaching or exceeding sales quota.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    - Perform minimum required product demonstrations per week. This demonstration activity would be included in an average of 12 sales calls per week.
    - Keep present customers periodically updated on available new software and systems that are available.
    - Identify, establish and maintain a minimum of two national reference accounts for each major product.
    - Maintain an ongoing telemarketing effort that will generate an average of $100,000 new qualified business each month. 
    - Update prospect leads and customer information into database and synchronize regularly with corporate headquarters.
    - Follow up with every new customer within 30 days after installation to ensure satisfaction with the operation of his or her new MGC Diagnostics system.
    - Keep expenses within the budget that is allotted to territory.
    - Submit weekly reports for feedback and expenses within one week of the end of the trip.
    - Maintain and update CRM on a daily basis as needed.
    - Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
    - Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions.

    Job Requirements

    - 4 year degree or professional certification.

  • Primary Purpose

    Ensure the effective and efficient pre-sale support to sales consultants to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures which will improve sales support for the business. Track and report on selling process for assigned territories. Provide prompt, courteous, and effective handling of all customer requests. Primary contact for all domestic and international direct system and supplies sales activities and is instrumental in the achievement of customer satisfaction.

    Responsible for duties including answering phones, responding to emails and faxes from international and domestic sales manager and customer.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    - Ensures the effective and efficient pre- and post-sale support to international sales consultants to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
    - Assists international sales managers as requested in screening prospects, including preparing and distributing introductory information and letters to potential customers.
    - Prepare, assemble, and distribute system sales proposals as directed by international sales consultants using pre-approved format, product, and configuration descriptions, and MRP system part numbers and prices.
    - Work with finance to determine and process international capital payments (prepayments, LC, etc.)
    - Work with Shipping Department to determine shipping cost estimates, requirements, and specifications necessary for international imports/shipments.
    - Initiate communication and interact with various personnel within customer accounts as well as field sales and service personnel to ensure that all necessary information required to enter, ship, and invoice a system order is received before or concurrently with receiving the customer purchase order.
    - Maintain international proposal and quote documentation including accurate and most current pricing and configuration.
    - Maintain and distribute pre-approved product and configuration descriptions and other key information used by consultants in support of their selling activities.
    - Input new customer and maintain current customer information SALESFORCE database.
    - Input new customer information in MAX database.
    - Maintain a cohesive team environment with other functional areas to improve customer satisfaction.
    - Input system and supply orders (international and domestic).
    - Answer customer queue calls for orders, transfers, and inquiries.
    - Act as information conduit between relevant departments at the corporate office and field sales consultants including reporting information from field sales regarding competitive information or new/modified product request to the responsible marketing and product management personnel.
    - Schedule and quote training requests.
    - Input new system information into SALESFORCE.
    - Maintain current system information in SALEFORCE.
    - Process inside sales orders and requests.
    - Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
